To store dry grain is relatively easy; there is a multitude of various solutions available. To store wet, full grain has previously only been possible through crimping technologies. Through the introduction of GRAIN SAVER for wet grain (WG), this is no longer any hassle.
The W9-machine for storage of wet feed grain consists of standard GRAIN SAVER machinery fitted with integrated equipment for acid preservation. The W9 series are based on our well proven GRAIN SAVER for 9, 10 and 12 foot tunnels. The acid is added with nozzles that are placed in the lower part of the hopper. All WG-models are delivered as standard with a platform for 200 liters’ container. A front assembled 1.000 liter’s container on the tractor can also be used. The machine is fitted with a dual Serigstad pump, giving 30 l acid per minute, something which is essential since the flow through the machine due to surrounding logistic often is very uneven. A level regulator is steering the pump.
