The dominating factor of these machines are crimping units with cylinders of diameter 400mm that guarantee a high capacity. The crimping units have massive bearing houses for a long lifetime. The cylinders are driven by a cogged belt that ensures a silent and smooth machine run. The GB6-15S is suitabel for smaller farm or biogas operations where a capacity of 10-20 tosn per hour is suitable.
MC 35
The machine is being used for wet corn crimping by big size companies as well as contractors. It is mainly being combined with machines EB-3000S. The crimping is going on either on the field (crimped corn is then transported to the bagging machine or to the bunker) or close to the storage place (bagging machine, bunker).
