The 35S is intended for large scale farms and contractors. The machine exceeds with its robustness and precise fabrication which guarantees a long lifetime. It is suitabel for both wet and dry cereal crimping with capacity up to 50 t/h.
Chassis and drive line
The machine is mounted on a single axle chassis with air or hydraulic brakes. It can be transported with a maximum speed 40 km/h. The machine is driven by a tractor with 140-190 HP from the P.T.O with up to 1000 RPM, optimally 700 - 800 RPM.
The crimping unit is equipped with a pair of rollers with diameter 400mm and length 1200mm. This big diameter ensures a high capacity up to 50 tons per hour. You can choose the type of roll groove configuration you require.
The rollers are made of high quality steel and they are precision balanced. This ensures a long lifetime of bearings. The rollers can be re-grooved up to 6 times after they wear.
Bagging and feed packing
Under the crimping unit a high capacity auger, with diameter 500mm, is placed. In the space under the crimping unit there are nozzles for the application of liquid preservatives. The auger mixes additive and cereals in a perfect way. Compaction in the tunnel and silobag is done with the help of adjustable wheelbrakes. Only in this way no air will be trapped inside the bag and the feed will stay preserved and keeps all nutritional values.
Exchangeable tunnels
A big advantage of this machine is teh easy tunnel exchange system. Specially contractors, where customers may demand different tunnel sizes, appreciate this advantage. It is possible to mount either a 1.5 - 2.0 or 2.4 meter tunnel. Generally the tunnel size is chosen on the basis of the daily feed take-out ( specially in the summer months) when the recommended daily take-off is min. 30cm of feed from the bag.
Industrial by-products
you can expand the using time of your machine throigh the season by adding a special hopper to the machine that allows you to bag wet industrial byproducts. With this special hopper, after dismantling the standard hopper and the crimping unit, it is possible to bag materials such as sugarbeet pulp, brewer's grain, whole corn and other byproducts.
