EB 3000 is a new generation silage bagger with a high capacity and a wide range of accessories. The machine can be used above all by big agricultural companies and service companies. The silage bagger is able to fill bags with a diameter 2,4m, 2,7m and 3,0 meters. The machine is intended for all types of silages and for storing of whole and crimped grains and sugar refinery chop or drewer‘s draff.
Drive and aggregation with a tractor
The machine is driven by a tractor with a P.T.O. shaft 1000 RPM or 540 RPM. The machine has power 130 -160 HP. The machine is connected with the tractor on the side of the feed table. The machine can then be operated during work by turning the traktor‘s wheels and by that amend the right direction of bags.
Feed intake and supply
The machine is equiped with a wide folding feed table. To improve materials stratification to rotor there are two horizontal teasing shafts with fingers. Material is then even along the whole rotor's width. The machine can be bought in version „W" for bagging after grass silage carts. Instead of two horisontal teasing shafts there are two horisontal transport chains on the machine. Thanks to this it is possible to fill bags even with fodder lenght 4 - 8 cm.
Feed bagging
The main heart of the machine is a filling rotor with wear resistence steel fingers along its girth. The rotor is specially constructed so that it fills a bag with feed along the whole girth, both along its sides and its hight. Feed in bags is compressed with the help of braking cables where the machine thanks to its lenght is able to fill bags of lenght up to 75m. Thanks to braking cables that are braked by two disc brakes, a high density of feed in bags is guarranteed, which guarrantees a high quality of feed without any access of air, minimal dry matter losses and minimal losses of feed's energetic values. Braking cables are braked by two disc brakes and winded back hydraulically.
So that the machine can be used all season, it is equipped with an exchangable system of tunnels. Machine operator can thanks to that easily change a tunnel of a different size and react that way to customer‘s demand depending on farms size and daily feed take-off from a bag.
Standard equipment and equipment by request
As a standard the machine is equipped with a hydraulic axle change over to working position, which comparing to manual axle winding saves time and operator's physical effort. The machine can be transported behind a tractor with the help of stearable foreaxles or an agro-hitch. The machine is equipped with air or hydraulic brakes where both back axles are braked. By request it is possible to equip the machine with all braking axles including handbrakes. When bagging brewer's draff where no big braking pressure is needed it is not necessary to use braking cables. The customer brakes only with handbrake and bag are filled without a problem.
For better and more comfortable work it is possible to equip the machine witht a wide range of equipment by request. For feed preserving an applicator for chemical preparations is used - with nozzles above rotor and a holder for a 200 liter barrel. For operator's comfort there is a simple shelter in the equipment by request or a more comfortable cabin. Furthermore, it is possible to choose tires with an extra long lifetime, mudguards, water holder, a toolbox, lighting for working at night. For a better manipulation we offer a hydralic winch to put on the bags, hydraulic tunnel cleaning or connecting the machine for transport with both options. The last extra pay-equipment is an own hydraulic circuit. It is advantageous mainly from the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic switchboard lifetime's point of view.
